HGH testing...?

I always thought they couldn't test for HGH?
I saw on espn that a rugby player got banned for 2 years for failing for GH.

Is this a new test they have?

i dont think the problem was that there couldnt be a hgh test...the problem was and still is that the hgh is in and out of the system so fast that even those taking would have to be tested very quickly after administration of the gh...this is the first person they have caught and they say the test has been around actually since 2004...which tells me this is the only person who happen to be tested very quickly after he shot some hgh
