If you shoot hgh post workout, and you need to take your shake, is it carbs or the sugars that are bad for you and can make you go hypo? Because I was thinking of taking a ON Whey shake that only has 3 carbs and 1 sugar right after gh, then waiting 45 min to get my carbs in.
