After doing more research, I came to a conclusion with what my cycle will look like. My goals are to pack on as much lean muscle as I can.

26 y/o
6'1
225

week 1-10 : 250mg x 2 - Test E/wk
week 3-10: 250iu x 2- HCG/wk
week 1-10 : 12.5mg - Aromasin/ eod (rather be safe)
Letro on hand

PCT - 2 weeks after last injection of Test E
Nolvadex- Week 1-4
40/40/20/20/(20)

Questions:
Should I keep running the hcg until pct?

Thanks alot. Reading about gyno and libido problems were probably the most confusing things to learn about but i'm sure I have it down now. I won't be starting my cycle any time soon (in a couple months) until I get my bf down a little more. I'm probably in the low 20's. Thanks alot AN3M4L

knowing nothing about his diet, current training program or training history this is a big mistake. what if his cholesterol is already out of whack and he injects 500mg of ass every week. what if he's only been working out for 6 months. 6'1" and 225 isnt freakish. he could just be a big guy. i know plenty of people like that. hence why i bumped my post.

whats your diet looking like and all? How are you working out?

List some of that out and we would be more than happy to help you. There is a lot more to it than loading a syringe up and taking the shots at the proper times. Taking gear is one of the easiest parts of the whole equation.

I have been working out and lifting weights seriously for the past 3 years. Just about 4 or 5 months ago I broke my leg and was out of training for about 2 and a half months, ruined my football season for college but plan on going back (next spring), but this time, leaner, stronger, and faster. I packed on a few pounds and lost muscle while out. I'm trying to put myself into the best shape I can before shooting (not that far away).


As of right now

M1- Protein shake
RUN: Mon or Fri:1 mile run / Tues or Thurs: 3 mile run
M2- 3-4 egg whites/ 1 whole egg
M3- moderate carbs, moderate protein, high fat. Usually have half an avocado with this meal. Usually with a turkey sandwich on wheat, chicken, tilapia, or raw salmon depending on what i have.
M4- I try to have something small, usually another shake. If i have it, then I'll throw in a handful of trail mix, almonds, or cashews.
M5- PreWO- Usually high protein, moderate carb, moderate fats. A beef steak, once in a while I'll go with whole wheat spaghetti, or chicken w/ beans. Depending on what's available.
M6- PostWO- Shake, if available, cottage cheese as my last meal before bed.

Mondays: 1 mile run in the morning. Triceps/chest/abs
Tuesday: 3 Mile run/jog/walk
Wed: Legs
Thursday: 3 Mile run/jog/walk
Friday: Back/Traps/Biceps/ Delts
Sat & Sun off.

I usually get my cardio in the morning and my work out at night.
 
Welcome to the board Yogi! Your cycle looks solid bro. I haven't heard much about Aromasin or Letro, but after reading more about both of them they appear pretty sound: http://mesomorphosis.com/steroid-profiles/aromasin.htm

You can also use a std PCT that has proven results:

Wk 1-15 Nolva 20mg/ed (cycle & pct)
Wk 13-15 Clomid
day 1 300mg
day 2-11 100mg/ed
day 12-21 50mg/ed

I haven't seen a lot of posts regarding the use of aro & letro, so I'd be interested in hearing about your results if you choose to use them. Keep us posted bro and good luck! :D
 
Doesnt look like your eating enough for someone who is 6`1,225. im 6`2 230, and i eat like triple that to gain weight..

Add lots of carbs like fruits and oatmeal. Remember carbs are protein sparing so the more carbs you eat the less protein is used for energy and more for muscle building.
 
Nothing really wrong with your cycle but there is everything wrong with that diet. You are not eating anywhere near enough protein or cals to grow effectively off cycle let alone while on. gives us the numbers bro!! How many grams of protein and how many grams of carbs andfats are you eating daily. break it down and don't be lazy. But I do not see 3k cals there! What are you going to do? Starve to death??? What does moderate carbs mean to you?

Nutrition is everything in this game and you dropped the ball with that one.
 
Yes, I understand what you guys are saying about my diet. That is my diet as of right now. I'm cutting my weight to lose more bodyfat as of right now. This won't be my diet when I will be cycling.

It has no relevance to the cycle which is solid and it shouldn't change whether he does it now or 5 years from now. Though the problem here is the diet. While researching will guide you well in to designing a a diet it's something that you will always be critiquing for various reasons(more/or less weight gain/lose). So experiment and find what works best for you. Good luck bro.
