Hi everyone, first time posting, I’m 49 years old been lifting on and off since my early 20’s. Never really got any true size, 200 lbs solid with a little pudge around mid section, perhaps could lose about 8 lbs fat, lean every where else. 5 foot 10 inches tall. Started back seriously lifting those past January. Went from 175 to 190 natty. First time getting on SARMs, did LGD4033 and MK677 for 8 weeks.( July through August. Gained 10 more lbs.
Now I am getting on gear. First time in life. 3rd week of Test Cyp 300 mg a week. Thinking of adding LGD4033 again at 20mg a day.( last cycle I did only 5mg daily). Would this be considered a baby blast for a beginner on gear? My goal is to blast and cruise. Any advice would be much appreciated, and what should my cruise be? By the way I’ve ordered Dbol but am still waiting for it’s arrival. P/P/L’s twice weekly, all barbell dumbbell with Olympic plates and equipment.

5 meals a day sometimes 4 if work won’t allow for 5, protein around 200 grams a day , eating clean, my goal is hypertrophy I’m keeping my reps between 8-12

I’m blasting with 300 mg test Cypionate, since it’s my first cycle I didn’t want to go higher, Was thinking of cruising with 200mg A week afterwards with just the test Cypionate? Or do you think that’s too high for a cruise? Will blast for 12 weeks... or would I achieve better results with a different schedule?

Ok sound advice thanks, my diet is 4-5 meals a day 200 grams protein 3500 calories 3-4 solid meals with protein shakes once or twice a day. A lot of chicken, broccoli and rice, steaks several times a week. No junk foods no sweets no sodas. Liquid is mostly 1percnt milk and water.

Cruising at 200mg/week is probably ok I'm sure there are some that take more than that. Personally I take 100mg/week trt which keeps me on the high side of the normal testosterone range. Occasionally I'll bump that up for a blast but I really like getting the most from what I can with the least amount of gear. I'm not a competitor so I just try to stay in decent shape without taxing my body too much too often.
