Most Ive used is 10TBL 3x/ed....I grew well.
Bro, I appreciate the feedback. Just FYI, 1/2 cup is 8 tblspn, not 10. So you were using 8tblspn ED. Still that gives me some good info to work with. Thanks again.

Also, can some one tell me what the main objective of taking this is? Is it mainly for size used on a bulk or what?

How do you use that stuff??!! I tried it and it gave me crippling gas pains and terrible diarrhea. Of couse the first time I tried it was on leg day preworkout.
You must drink them at room temp then right? If not you might be chewing the coconut oil...LOL
