Has anyone tried HMG (similiar to HCG)? Did you subQ or IMuscle the stuff? What was your dosage and frequency during cycle?

Also, did any of you suffer sides - such as headaches?

I used 75iu's(which is one full bottle) 3x per week. It will greatly increase your sperm count if used along with hcg and clomid. I recommend using it every 4months or so for about 6weeks to keep sperm count up. I dont think its extremely necassary unless your on HRT and plan on having kids.

so if you are on hrt and then 10 yrs or so down the road you decide to have kids and you have only used hcg can you be infertile or will an extended course of hmg at that point bring you up to where you need to be?

HCG will help keep some sperm but its a good chance conceiving could be a problem. You could try a hmg and clomid protocol and i've read some have had success after 6months of use. I recommend using hmg with you hcg duirng your HRT, so that way you dont have to blast it so much and hope to conceive when you could run small amounts all the time, then increase it a little when wanting to conceive with better chances.

I think most vials come in 75iu's and you need about 75vials 3x per week for as long as you can afford it. Not sure on prices now but last I saw they were close to $150 for a 6vials.

I know for a fact it is much cheaper than that.

and that it can go international to US without trouble. As a matter of fact, everything to US goes without trouble these days.

Look up Mentropin on google. The 75iu dose is for spermagenisis ( infertility ) I believer you are wasting your money at those doses.

To stimulate testes something along the lines of 16-25 iu 3-4 times a week should be sufficent.

Yes headaches are a potential sides.

Cost without insurance in US pharmacy is about $50 for 75iu.

I run one vial split into 3 shots for a week. I do it every 3-4 weeks. I use it alone however understand combining with HCG is most effective.

I normally only use what it takes to be effective. This dosage works for me.

I'm on HRT. We are trying to conceive at the same time. Although, I have been on HRT only for about 1 1/2 now.

I'm using HCG at 350IUs 2x/wk. Last week I had a sperm wash. The first day, my count was 40mil, the second, 30mil. The gyno was pretty impressed.
