i've read many articles on numerous sites. I want just quality lean muscle,healing power and fat loss.I'm not looking for mass at all. Some say gh is is better,some say igf? I was thinking gh,then a read someone's diary of igf. He said he was leaning out quickly and his joints were feeling better than they have in years. It's just confusing for someone who has only had A.S. experience. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
