Hey ladies, how many times do you train with weights per week? How about cardio?
With weights it just depends on the training split. I like training 2 days on, 1 day off. Some times I can get away with training 3 days on, 1 day off, but I start getting run down after a while.
Cardio...depends on the season. I like to do some cardio in my offseason just for heart health.
i usually am training 2 on 1 off.. and i love cardio.. i know im sick lol
Do you do any track work? My friends and I hit the track once a week to keep cardio fun. We do some bleachers, sprints, plyo work, jump rope, etc..
we have a community college here and they have a stadium.. i love running the bleachers there... and its good to take a day off sweetie
