I am traveling overseas in a few days and the whole flight takes more than 24hours with the layover, flight time, etc. I have been maintaining a strict diet lately and don't want to f... it up. What do you all recommend that I do? Can I take a small cooler with me with all my food in it? Or at least a few muscle milk RTDs, a couple of bananas, and some liquid whey protein shots? I just don't wanna take all this stuff with me to later find out that I can't take any of it with me on the flight. Probably, they won't allow any liquids anyway.
There are most probably competitive bros here that travel overseas for competitions, guest posing, etc. What do you all do when you have to endure a long flight?
Or am I just being too obsessive and just one day of airport/plane food won't ruin everything? The food they serve on the plane sucks, though.
