Yeah, my family does not have a history of shoulder or back hair either. My fathers in his 60s and still has only a couple stray hairs on his shoulders from time to time. Pretty much hairless.
BUT, yeah, having a HRT script for the past decade has changed me. Its starting to be problematic not to mention fast growing on my upper back and shoulders. To me this is
not manly or sexy for the ladies, yuck!
I have used Nair with good results, but the main drawback is I cant reach my whole back to wipe off the melted hair. So then you run into problems of leaving the Nair on too long (rinsing wont get it off, u need to rub it with a wash cloth)and burning your skin.
And if you really leave it on too long? The Nair will melt the hair all the way down to the roots!
Then you will get miniature pin-sized scabs everywhere the roots used to be! No joke, hundreds of little scab dots all over the place.
It may sound funny but its not. Really hurts!!
So now I just give my buddy $5 to shave my back with a razor every couple weeks and everythings cool. (hypothetically I mean, would never let another guy shave me, or touch me for that matter, eewwww!!)
