It definitely does something. I was hornier and broke out a little on it. How effective it is I'm not sure. I think it can be useful along with other herbals off cycle to give your natural test a boost.

It needs to be BULGARIAN and standardized to contain at least 20% Protodioscin(the active steroidal saponin). Studies have shown that Tribulus from different soils in different geographical locations will produce variations in Protodioscin levels, as well as other Frustanol Saponins.

All of the studies showing that Tribulus is not effective did not use a standardized Bulgarian extract. This effect has been documented, and Tribulus has also been proven to increase Testosterone in primates.

I've been using Tribestan for years, it's actually a pharmaceutical-grade product.

I used Tribesman and got zero results.
