Even with good genetics probably not, but 2 to 4iu, yes the benefits will come on faster and be more noticeable.

100% agreed with this. 2-3 didn't see a big difference but at 4 its super strong

Hi gents, new to this site so a big hello to all of you. Ive been running Metatropin (Somatropin, 191 amino, Spanish) now for 18 weeks at 5iu am at least 45 mins prior to food. I run it 3 days on 1 day off 2 days on 1 day off and was advised to do this as it would lessen the blunting effects of producing natural GH. I still get carpal tunnel pains and sore joints, sleep is very deep and I wake more refreshed than I used to. Prior to starting GH I did a short shred over 8 weeks down to 250ish lbs from 267 and dropped bf to 10.2%. Since then I am back up to 265 but as lean as I was at 250, much denser muscle and better separation. Im running test with it and intend to run GH right through to 1 week prior to my first show next May. I have been advised to stop 1 week out due to water retention.

Recently switched from 3iu M-F to 5iu pre workout 4 days a week.

Actually feel like my body composition is getting better with this method. I also saw some studies recently that showed better results with insulin resistance when dosed eod instead of ed.

I have two kinds of HGH right now. I started off with 2 kits of Serostim and a kit of black tops. I used 2 iU of Serostim while on cycle. Now for PCT I have switched over to the black tops at the same dose, 2 iU per day. I will be getting back on a cycle of test, mast, and igf-1 in about 4 weeks and will once again switch over to the pharm grade stuff.

Depends on how good the hear is. With decent quality, 4 IU during cruise and 6IU during blast is what I've done so far. Gonna try 8IUs in the future tho.

I've been as high as 10 iu a day for an experiment, however, now if I ever get GH again, I'd use 2-3iu every day while being fasted in the AM before I go to the gym.
