I use to compete in power lifting as a teen but got away from it at around 21 and started body building. I recently changed to dc training and am really enjoying it. Reminds me of my power lifting days. I have been thinking I would like to compete in a power lifting meet at some point, but dont want to get away from dc. I'm currently on the dc 3 way split my bench is 490, squat 600, dead 720 all raw. Just wondering how you guys apply dc to powerlifting and if you have any tips. I'm 26 and in good health so recovery is no problem.
