How much LBA's are equivalent if you have been using Whey Protein?

I know you dont have to take in as much protein if you use LBA's compared to using Whey.... so what is equal in the body if I switch to LBA's exclusively? Say I am taking in 300grams of protein per day.. and 120 grams of that is Whey protein shakes.... so if I cut out the 3 whey protein shakes... how much LBA's would I have to take to equal 120grams of whey in the body?
 
Or you can just check the label.........:eek:

Sorry to get off topic.But anyone remember when the cheaper versions of LBA's are coming out ? It was posted a while ago but I can't seem to find it.
 
I have been told that you are supposed to change them out gram from gram , I'm pretty sure that the body absorbs/uses the LBA's more effeciently so their is less or no waste like their may be with the whey.

either way your taking in far less volume so your alot less likely to be realy full like if you use the whey shakes

Its not true. 5g LBA = 5g Whey.

Same concept. Whoever thinks this LBA shit will somehow magically
turn 5g's into 50g's of usable protein is smoking some hard crack.
Hype will be hype. Id say you save your money and just stick to the
tried and true, whey protein.

I agree that all proteins are not created equal. It just so happens that collagen is one of the lesser proteins in terms of Isloate, Hydrolysate etc etc.

No. The one who makes claims that something does something it doesnt normally do is the one responsible to prove something.

There is a pic that has been posted on this forum that shows LBAs amino acid profile is that of collagen, and thats not a secret.

I didnt mean that LBAs have the exact amino acid profile as whey. I was simply saying that it isnt anything more "high quality" than whey, which it is not.

Okay, I dont care what you bash or talk against. If you have an opinion about it then please give it, but lets be clear about the facts. Im sorry if this debate got aggressive. My bad. Anyway...

I have tried every popular protein supplement out there. All things considered: price, powder, liquid, hydrolyzed, cross-flowed, isolate, glycerol, beef, whey, soy....

Now, Id say that is is safe to say that all things considered and everything else being the same (other supplements, diet, training, rest) I know the differences in the proteins that Ive taken. I LOVE PROTEIN. Since I rely on supplemental proteins in my diet I am very sensitive to how it makes me feel and how it performs. Real world experience.

I used LBAs as my only protein source for 4 months. I was going through a bottle a day. I was also extremely calorie deficient during this time. However, as I lost adipose tissue I made tremendous gains in strength and added lean mass. I felt great and didnt have any bloat, gas, or the runs. I did not think that was possible.

Lets forget the studies, the charts, the profiles...forget all that...all I can say is that when it comes to this lifestyle I use only what makes me a healthier, stronger, and better athlete regardless of cost (to a limit, lol).

Please, try it for yourself and if you still think the LBAs are equal to whey after living off of them as your only protein source for 4 months then my hats off to you. Heck, I buy you a jug of whey protein out of my own pocket.

What was your diet like in addition to the LBA's? carbs? veggies? cals? I am sort of thinking that what you did is not possible for me at least....

I am interested. I am supplementing LBA's and like them a lot but a bottle a day is $$ so I use whey and LBA's.....
