Just curious of how much t3 to supplement with running gh ed 4ius before bed on non workout days, 8 ius post workout, workout days??? Any suggestions would be welcome.
Why on an empty stomach? Does it reaaly make a difference? I take mine first thing in the morning so I am taking it on an empty stomach but just wanted to know.
If I remember correctly, T4 converts to T3. In the end, you're after T3. T4 is not as efficient - you have to take much more of it and eventually it will convert to T3.
A safe dosage for T3 seems to be 25mcg. I wouldn't change it on workout days just because you're increasing your GH dosage. I'd keep it at 25mcg ed.
