Just curious of how much t3 to supplement with running gh ed 4ius before bed on non workout days, 8 ius post workout, workout days??? Any suggestions would be welcome.
Depends on many things, age THS levels ect..
many do not need it at all and the body just adjusts to the gH after a wile..
I find just a quarter of a pill helps me heaps, be sure to take it early 1 hr before eating on an empty stomick otherwise it will not work well..
I was under the impression that you should use T4 with GH and not T3?
