How much time in-between cycles?

So i did my first ever cycle. A low dose of Test E 250mg/week for 10 weeks. I did not run into any sides (except for a very small amount of testicular atrophy) and did not use and Anti-E during the cycle. I feel great and have had great results.

How much time is necessary in-between my most recent cycle to the start of my next one? Also any recommendations for my next cycle would be very helpful thankyou.

Time on = Time off is the general rule of thumb. I would tend to space them out even more than that, ensuring bloodwork is taken post-cycle and before starting the next one, but that's just my opinion.
