I heard that it basically comes down to time on = time off... But does that include the PCT?

For instance, if I go on a 8 week cycle, PCT is usually 3 weeks after that, does that mean I should wait 8 or 11 weeks before I can start my next cycle?

Thanks

Half of this page lately is about keeping, lets call them questions relavent to newer bodybuilders, out of the advanced part of the board. and Dude, No offence at all everyone has to learn, But this is quite a bit below the intent of this particular section of the website. there is a beginners forum where this question would be more appropriately placed. but to answer your question.

Why not get bloodwork IN THE MIDDLE of a cycle, and do what is the most appropriate according to that bloodwork. then more blood work after it, and more before your next one. etc.

OP, I strongly recommend that you delete this thread and resubmit it in it's appropriate location...the Beginners forum. Better yet, try using the excellent search engine this forum has. It will yield a wealth of knowledge. Regards.

yeah 8 weeks would be my suggestion as well, however after blood work you may be able to start back sooner.

Depending on what your running and at what dose too... If bloodwork is good, I would use this as a way to measure the shoulds and should nots... Just my opinion...
