Hope this is helpful for anybody that need guidance in the proper way to do certain exercises. By the way how do you do lateral flyes???

that will help you out...


and lateral fly's...in the most basic terms that I can describe it in....

stand up with in your hands and have them resting at your sides....then raise them laterally (out to your sides so you make a big human "T" at the top of the movement)....and lower them....
 
Keep a slight bend in your elbows too. It takes some of the strain off your elbow joint
 
good point...and thats a slight bend....don't bend them to 90degrees, that will only put more strain on your rotator cuff
