Injecting medicine in abdomen is really very tough. Because in that scenario you have to Inject directly into the middle of each abdominal muscle as indicated above. Make sure that you are lean enough to see the individual muscles clearly so you do not miss the muscle and inject into the fat or in the adjoining tissue. 26gauge to 30gauge half inch (13mm) long needles are adequate.

That is mostly not air, but a vacuum you are creating. That's what you want to see.

Spot injecting winny will not make that area more ripped or muscular. Stay away from ab area bfore you mess up.

I pinned prop/winny/tren in calves yesterday,25g 1". I always do quads but wanted to try alternate site. I can barely walk today. The left side is much more sore. Not sure if I did something wrong. Anyone shed light on this? Gracias

prop/winny/tren - each one of those by themselves would kill in a calf. Doing all three - ouch!!!

prop/winny/tren - each one of those by themselves would kill in a calf. Doing all three - ouch!!!

Have to agree on this one. WOW! Brotha. I know i wouldn't be walking. None of those supplements benfit site enhancement. Save urself the pain and trouble, stay in a bigger muscle area like ur glutes or quads for better absorption and less pain.. Calves are a lot of genetics. U kinda either have good calf development or you just don't.

Depends on how long you want to sit there. I personally like around 21-25 guage. 1"-1.5"

I've never done a shot in my delt but I want to, does the injection site muscle get bigger just from the shot? I'm a little nervous about the delt shot, any pointers?

I can not stress how important this is, A bad injection can easily turn into an infected abscess, leading to staff and MRSA into your blood stream.. Very Deadly..

And always go high up on the hip, as its a much less chance for an abscess or growth.. You dont want a lump sitting dead in the middle of your glute muscle.. Aim high
