How to proceed after a heavy cut - Opinions needed

stay on a moderate gear (test+anabolic+gh) and slowly increase your food intake - this is always the best option
This is what I'm currently doing and working well op. Bump them up each day to find my new maintain, from there can bump up more to a surplus. Legs say and part I care about most higher carbs lower fat. Other days lower carbs get the food fats in. Same number of meals and calories Ed just adjusting carbs/fats
 
short update again:
feeling great at the moment. Great energy and my cardiovascular system seems to improve from day to day. Rest periods between sets shortened, im barely out of breath doing cardio or training etc.
All in all i like the "slow reverse approach".
Weight is up by 0.8kg again but this was to be expected. Glyocogen storages slowly fill out and the water comes back.
Pumps are great.
Training-wise ive decided to cut focus more on mind-muscle connection and stop chasing weights. I feel this is what my body needs since my joints are very small and i often have/had joint pain or inflamed tendons etc.

my sleep is slightly better but my sleep generally sucks. Awake every 60-90mins, but atleast i get back to sleep pretty fast.

one thing that annoys me is that since ive ended my cut i have huge eye bags.
I have to see where it comes from. Change of hormones, introduction of high dosage of fish oil or something else.

Eat some complex carbs with a bit of fat before bed- oatmeal with pb and spoon of jam- this will improve your sleep. Also magnesium if your not taking it before bed as well.

ill try to add some more fats pre bed, good idea.
I already take magnesium, thanks for the suggestion though
 
16 units of GH is a nice dose, I imagine you maintain exceptional fullness even without overdoing it with food; How do you divide that dose? do you also combine insulin?
so short update:
ended the cut on Friday and decided to proceed as following:
- all orals out
- tren out
- clen from 60µ to 40µ
- t3 lowered to 35µ
gear protocol changed to:
- 400mg test / 280mg NPP / 210mg Primo
- HGH 16iu
diet protocol:
- proteins kept high at 320g daily, fats increased to 45g daily (15g omega 3 added)
- introduced carbs at 150g daily and added 2 moderate days with 300g carbs
- steps kept between 10k and 15k daily
- cardio at 105 minutes LISS weekly

Changes that i already see/feel:
- fuller
- better pump
- feel much better and more energized
- joints already start to feel better
- weight up by 3,5kg
- sleep is already improved

things i dislike but i more or less expected after such a cut:
- RHR increased from 62 to 73 bpm. During the cut ive decreased my nebivolol dosage from 10mg to 6,25mg. Probably will start to increase again if the RHR doesnt bounce back after the initial water/glycogen weight gain.
- Blood pressure went up from ~ 105/60 to 120/70. I like it a bit lower, but i assume this will bounce back after the body has adjusted.

I also think the increase in RHR and BP can be improved by lowering sodium. In the last 6 weeks ive increased my Sodium to 12,5g daily due to the absence of carbs. I guess i start to reduce that again now to ~8g and see what happens

Any opinions? Things i should definitely change?

i currently do 4 shots, 2iu AM, 6iu pre, 6iu post, 2iu before bed
today was the first day ive reintroduced humalog. Started out easy with 4iu pre workout

My only predicament is that my bloodwork and lipids are most likely fucked from the 12 week tren and anavar cycle (ran it with low test)

Might try running 500-750 test/week with 6iu gh to try to maximize the post cut rebound. Will still be running and lifting 5-6 days a week with a tight diet, will just progressively up the carbs. I'm just hoping my cholesterol and everything comes back into range on 500-750mg test/week

i will add in 30g carbs daily from today on into my intra workout shake as the next "small increase".

also, i definitely have to lower/split my t3. I currently take it all in the morning around 5am when i get up the last time to piss and it spikes my HR now (didnt do that while on the cut)
probably a mix of the reintroduction of carbs and a higher e2 level which makes my body more use the thyroid drugs more efficiently (maybe also lower rt3)

Anecdotally, I split as well and have no HR issues.

A very difficult way to reverse in terms of removing all the adaptations from diet, especially after 6 weeks of psmf, so well done for sticking to the plan! Excited to see where it takes you so will keep following along, would be great to see some pics of the process
 
small update:
Reverse diet still going great. weight is up by (an average) 0,9kg since 2 weeks ago which is how i like it. The first 10 days after ending the cut and starting reverse diet the weight climbed pretty fast, probably due to absolute empty glycogen stores and water depletion..
ive cut NPP dosage and increase test since i didnt do well on the "moderate" NPP dosage. NPP above 200mg seems to increase my resting and excersisng hr by quite a bit.
so right now im on 500mg test cyp / 400mg primo / 105mg NPP (more or less for joints, im old and beaten up)
Resting HR is back to mid 60`s. Blood pressure on average 120/65 which is okay for me.
Workouts are intense + probably too much volume considering i usually go to failure on every excersise for 2 sets..
have to dial that down i guess.
What still annoys me is my eye bags. I have pretty large eye bags and i dont know where they are from. My sleep is not good but it never was.
Maybe an increase in stress level due to increase in intensity and volume of the workouts?
Or maybe i overdid it on the cialis which came to my mind today. I took 15mg cialis for the last 4 weeks which might be the issue. Today ive went down to 5mg
Ill keep you update.
tomorrow ill call my doc to make an appointment for blood work. Hope i get it done in 1-2 weeks
