Hey Guys, I'm hoping someone can help me spread some light on this.
A little background first...I'm 28 years old I'm 6'1" 205 lbs...I've been working out for the past 2 years religiously with the occasional rest to prevent overtraining. My diet is pretty clean. Basically, 2 years ago I was 245lbs and 25% BF. Now, 2 years later, I'm 205lbs and 15% BF all natural. I'm not ripped or even very solid but I'm pretty fit.
Now, I feel it's time to take my body to the next level. I'm not trying to get big; I just want to have that fitness model look. I want to do it the natural way with no gear. Last night I came across a bunch of people saying that Synthetine and Syntheselen are perfect supplements for natural lifters because it gives you results without all the nasty SE of gear. I was hoping someone can give me advice on how to use these to compounds.
I read that they both can be mixed and inj IM at the same time. What I would like to know is how much should I inj, how often, what locations and how long should I be on the cycle. I've been working sooooo hard in the gym and I see results but I know with some help I can get even better results. I see all these supplements on these websites claiming that they can put on 20lbs of muscle in 8 weeks and what not, but I find this very hard to believe. I would hate to invest $800 on these legal supplements to only gain 3 lbs of muscle which is something I can do with just Protein, flax and BCAA's.
