How to use T3 or T4 with HGH

I know that one of these two, and it's T4 I believe, benefits the gains made with HGH. Can someone please share with me info on which to run with HGH, how to do it, or point me in the direction of a thread that covers this topic.

I use 30mcg per day with my gh.

yeah it's t4 and the dosage alain said is good to go.


GH up regulates t4 to t3 conversion but down regulates the production of t4.
