Basically i'm on a high protein, medium fats, low carb diet and so far it's working great for me. My breakdown is on average 400g protein, 150-200g carbs and 100g fats. This is my base, if the scale stops moving up I add a cup of almonds or an avocado a day. Will using 3ius of humalog with these meals cause me to store fat at a higher rate even if the fats are all from healthy fats??? Is this reasonable thinking???
