Human IL-15
Anybody ever use Human IL-15 or know anybody with any personal experience..
Size 2 µg
Description Interleukin-15 (IL-15) is a potent lymphoid cell growth factor which exerts its biological activities primarily on T cells. Human IL-15 is a 13 kDa protein containing 114 amino acid residues.
Formulation The ED50 as determined by the dose-dependent stimulation of the proliferation of CTLL-2 cells was found to be ‹ 0.5 ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of › 2 x 106 units/mg.
Activity Greater than 98% by SDS-PAGE analyses. Endotoxin level is less than 0.1 ng per µg (1EU/µg).
That is just a short and easy way to explain it..
