I wet down to the local University today and had a hydrostatic body comp test.
=body weight 211lbs=body fat 8.4% =lean body193lbs=
This doesn't mean much, since I have nothing to compare to. I'll do it again 1 week out from the E-cup. Should be able to get near 5% over the next 6-7 weeks.
Worth 25 bucks??? I don't know, but it will be interesting to see the next test results.
