hypothetical question about liquid research products

A buddy of mine in mexico had some anadrol powder he mixed it up with mouth wash and the mouth wash was already about 1/3 water would this mess the anadrol up?

It would seem like the mouthwash will or will not work as a solvent - that should be the question. He needs to know ratios of each he used so he can determine mg/ml of final product.

I've heard of some powders being disolved in mouthwash. I'm not quite sure if Anadrol will work or not. If I'm not mistaken, there used to be a product Clen/T3/Yohimbe that was in a mouthwash type solution.

ok I should have been more specific mouthwash works as far as it disolving, but I've read that anadrol tabs should be kept away from moisture for some reason. So is the anadrol degrading/losing potency?
