I was on vacation in Europe and then crazy busy at work.
But I am back and ready to start my diet:(((
What do I have to work on???

my goodness you have stayed lean! your prep should be a breeze. good luck.
 
Annie....you look great especially for 14 weeks out. Just keep leaning up the hams and glutes. Maybe a little bit more shoulder cap.

You set yourself up for a great prep though.
 
ahhhh yeh, we all wish we started dieting being that lean. 14 weeks is too far out w/ how lean you are IMO.

8-10 weeks strict should be plenty.

correction....just looked at the last two pics....try 6 weeks.

My last(first in my life)show I lost because of my big legs.I am trying to bring them dowm(how????- do not ask me-I am just doing cardio now)and hit my shoulders 2 times a week:)
i hope to work:)

You should post in the judges forum. probably get better feedback there from real judges. I can see where you might need more shoulder development. Might think Im crazy, but in that profile shot it looks like you could use more glutes.

:))Noooooooo..i do not think that you are crazy....I need glutes ..I do a lot of deadlift and lunges...Only these for legs..and a lot of cardio:)

Cant beat squats for glutes really, but I know youre worried about your quads being too big. I think squating with a wide stance and going real deep will stress the glutes more. Stiff leg deads are good for glutes too I believe.
