I Gain On Low Doses.

After seeing threads with extradinarily high doses I thought I would chip in about my AAS usage.

I'm 37 and have been training since I was 17.

5'8

Around 240lbs, but with a low 20's bodyfat.

I've never competed but would like to before I'm 40.

I took 2 years off from training and ballooned up to around 280lbs @ 30%! Got my arse into gear and hooked up with a contest prep guy here in England who helped me get down to 240, with a perfect diet, training a single bodypart per session and around 45 mins of cardio on each workout day except after legs.

But, the dosages he has me on are very minimal and were even laughed at at the gym I train.

I am currently on 1ml of Tren 75 and 1ml of Bold twice a week with a little Winstrol a day (tabs) and that is it for only 6 weeks.

I am looking fuller that I have for a long, long time (even at this bodyfat), my strength is on the incline and more importantly I feel great!
 
Everybody's different. But i really don't see your point.

You do know your taking typical "hardening" drugs. So you should be getting a harder look. But a 20% Bf i wouldn't think you wold see much.

Once again everybody's different. What you think is a high dose, may be small to others. What I think is fat, you may think is lean. ;)
 
Lots of talk on the boards surrrounds stacks that are way to high for most people. Bottom line is that if it works don't use more. Start low and only increase as needed b/c the less you use the better for you.

Yours is a very low dose. Tren and eq compete for the same receptors so its not optimal to use both together. Try to switch out the eq for some test and you'll notice even better gains with the same mg levels. Use prop if you are worried about water. Good luck bro

Its great that You gain on such low doses...keep doing what You are doin Bro & BTW Tren & Eq do not compete for the same receptors being that fact that tren is in the nandrolone family & Eq is in the test family....good luck Bro

Currentle to gain (not my HRT) I haven't gone over 500mgs test. my average is around 400 to 450mgs. I don't need much to grow..if I did go higher I would be a monster and I'm already 230.

Keeping it low is cool but if I were you I would make sure I had some form of test in my cycle!!!

20 years training and you are still in the 20s for body fat percentage? Maybe time to switch things up...

HA!HA!HA! not be ragging on you man but low 20's bf% WTF??????? Seriously though, good luck with your diet and training and you will keep seeing improvement. My advise would be to drop your gear completely and get your ass down into the teens naturally and then start to experiment with some stuff.

Why would your trainer put you on gear in your current state? He should of had you diet and cardio till you got down to a decent BF% good luck on what ever you decide to do

LOL. I'm actually thinking about it! But I need to lean up more. I'm at 13%+/-
all around my lower waist just around my belly button. I can see my abs coming through on the rest with no problem but that lower ab fat it killing the fuck out of me. Looks funny to me.

I would like to run a low water retent cycle with the following: Adex Eod, prami, test (of course) Npp or tren, var and S4 to help me maintain my muscle mass and lean up some more with another high proteing low low carb high fat diet.

I don't like winny thats why I wouldn't add it. never tried NPP but heard good things regarding contest prep.
