I have been trying to get stronger and more experienced in bodybuilding by listening and searching for advice/answers on this forum. I have never had large wheelz, but really want to get them larger now. I understand this takes time. I think I have found one of the missing links--deads!!!! My hams were jello after them. Could someone give me some advice on how to get more size(even though with time in consideration) in my upper legs--calves are pretty large genetically. Here is my current routine one time a week:
Warm up-treadmill 15 min(for knees)
Single/ double leg press 4 sets 12
(now) deads 4 sets 12
Close feet hacks 4 sets 12
Leg extensions single/double 3-4 sets 12
Lying ham curls 4 sets 10-12
Then cross trainer for about 30-35 min
I am currently 200lbs and about 13.5% bf, 5'10", lifting for years but new to BB.
I have been using this routine for about 5 months and need some advice on using less or more--or splitting it up into quad and ham days.
Thanks guys
