Dude, Centrium is complete from A to Zinc. The rest of the multivitamins out there just have extra stuff to help prostates and libidos and ect.

Go with a WHOLE FOOD VITIAMEN. Organic 100%. Usually, you will have to buy organic concentrated whole foods, that contain the extra minerals and vitamins. They do exist. Otherwise, depending on who makes the other products, you are going to h ave an absorption issue.

Organic whole food products, are the only way to go, especially, if you are looking for biodegradable/absoborbale 100% products. Try it, and see if you don't' notice a diff. Peace!
