ok, i recently was hired as a waiter at this new restuarant in town. i didn't know it would be some much physical work (running around for 7+hours straight). i've been working there three weeks and when i started i was at 212 w/ 11% bf and 5 weeks into a 19 week cycle. my diet, training...has always been good. i get 4000+cals/day spread between 3 shakes and 3-4 meals. but today i weigh myself on an empty stomach (like always) and i'm 196 lbs. i knew i was looking skinnier but how the f**k did i lose 18 lbs? i've been working out still w/ pretty much the same itensity, so i think it's that i'm burning so many cals at work. so i have two questions: do you think i should keep my cycle going and throw in another shake(900cals) and/or meal, or should i stop my cycle and wait until the end of the summer when i'll get another job that i don't have to work so much and just include the stuff i already have now. today i am exactly halfway through, so i have 8 weeks left of aas. sorry for the long post.
