I work 3rd shift how should i split gh shoots ?

i work 3rds i get up at 4 p.m. then go to the gym around 5-6 p.m. then workout for 1 hour then i will shoot the gh post workout.How should i shoot the gh as in timing?I see guys shooting it 12 hours apart or am i wrong?

I want to dose the shoots as the timing is suposed to be.If it wont work as timing because of the shift i could always do the 3xweek blast.
