Hey everyone, how's it going? I'm new here, and this is my first post, so hopefully I can get across what I want to say clearly. Well I'm about 5'6, 170 lbs, 19 years old and I play football right now in college though this will be my last season of it (note I'm a kicker haha). I do natural weight training, and I guess with what I want to say here is that not only for Spring Break and summer, but beyond, what can I do I guess to really get myself into that "beach body" mode? Once football finishes in the next month I plan on hitting the weight room again and doing some running on my own. I'm open and willing for suggestions as to what I can do for my body. Lifting I am dedicated to, it's just more of a matter in the running and doing my abs. Anything will help, thank you.
