That's a long time without eating. No wonder you feel like garbage.
Quite the opposite actually. Once your body gets used to it (basically after a few days), the more time you spend without eating, the more awesome you feel.
I've spent most of the recent year practicing IF, and had honestly never felt so well in a long time... since I'm back on eating more lately, I've only been feeling like crap... sucks!
Manu, as others have outlined, drop the Metformin and GDA's... what you want to achieve with them is ALREADY reached with the simple fact of fasting. Pointless.
