I take a lot of pictures of her so when that day comes that she is old and doesn't want to do this anymore...we can remember when we were in good shape. Lol

I am done teaching summer school, I get to sleep in sleep my own bed and now I have COOKIES!

When we first got together she was 18 and had very dominant arms. Everything she did... The arms would blow up. Lol. It took a long time for her to "feel" her back.

She could do a couple chin ups by herself at first. Then I would push her up and she would do slow negatives on the way down. Now she can do 24 or 25 wide grip over hand. Her lats pump now for sure.

I show a lot if guys I talk to in gyms here in Montana that pic you took in your hotel room before the Emerald. Guys that need a wake up call....guys that think they are bodybuilders and are "gonna be shredded" in 7 weeks.

They are pretty speechless...then I tell them that you do men's physique. Hahahahaha!
