Over a parking spot

WTF.

People are crazy now days you never know what will set someone off. This was brought up in the gym fight thread where someone went bizerk over a harmless joke and also In the thread about gyms "fining" members bank accounts for leaving plates on a bar.

Yeah I saw this one of my friends on FB lives right near them. Sounds like they are also trying to galvanize support against the judge who let that dude out so easily.

How the fuck does this animal post bail? This is attempted murder.

**EDIT** - DON'T STEER THE THREAD IN THAT DIRECTION! AGAINST THE RULES!!

Shooter should probably get his firearms taken away for a little while, and be required to attend gun safety classes, the IFBB pro fully deserved what he got as well.

The ifbb pro had done this other times in the past and was warned, instead of just telling the other person "ok no problem, I'll move right now, sorry" it was reported that he made a threat to the other guy and told him to go back inside, and it was very clear he wasn't approaching him in a friendly manner at all, imagine the nerve and ego when YOU'RE in the wrong and you try to tell someone else off, just like idiots that cant drive and than when they do something wrong they flip YOU off lol, 0 logic. The other party doesn't use his gun, the IFBB pro delivers one decent punch, the guy get's KO'd and hits the concrete and dies than what? This isn't uncommon at all, actually happens all the time. The other guy could've completely went off and shot a few more rounds, but once he saw the threat was no longer a threat he backed off, props on that one.

Juicehead got what he deserved, and wasn't so tough once he got shot. Pathetic to be that age, have a child, and still try to act like a tough guy and be a jerk.

I think waiting 72 hours or so after stories like this break to form an opinion is a good policy. Often we get more footage, witness testimony, or other contextual information which drastically changes the narrative.

Also, bail is generally based on someone's likelihood to show up to trial and likelihood to offend while awaiting trial - if the shooter has no serious priors and strong ties to the community, bail would typically be appropriate.

Momma always said two wrongs don't make a right

If you're disrespectful to people in todays age...you down right stupid - end of story

LIFE B4 EGO

In Canada if someone gets inside your home to rob you or for whatever reason, you're not allowed to shoot him lol At least in the states, you guys have some common sense laws.

your assessment is ridiculous. your comparison to traffic is also ridiculous. people get to shoot people because they feel intimidated? you say he was stupid?
He deserved it?????????
holy shit! you defend the guy who shot someone and say its justified? I Cant believe your post reads like it does. I pray to god you are in the minority in this world with that ludicrous stance. you would def be the only person in my world with this opinion. shocking. just shocking you can think this way.
good luck to the "juicehead" in his recovery. His family needs him. Prayers for him. the world needs to be rid of the assailant. no prayers for him

As an avid gun enthusiast this is an almost unbelievable take. Don't get me wrong I'm not trying to come off like some gun authority but I can't think of a single person involved in the world of gun safety that would condone this take. I guess we will see when it goes to trial but that wasn't even in the stratosphere of what could or should justify shooting someone.

I have a feeling what you are going to find in the trial is (based on the shooters own statements from what the police have released) he shot him over the parking space, not because he feared for his life.

Again, we will see as more comes to light in the trial but I don't believe this turns out well for the shooter.

Not just from this video but based on what his friends and family have stated as well as what the police have insinuated is it's much more about "he shot him due to be angry over the parking spot". The bodybuilding may be a douche, but you can't shoot someone for that.

I NEVER said it was justified, so please don't make things up and try to put words in my mouth. I never said anything remotely close to the shooting being completely justified and that the shooter shouldn't suffer any consequences, they both deserve some form of punishment and that's why I said the juicehead already got his. I will say that I don't believe that the shooter should suffer any major time though.

If I was the minority then he probably wouldn't of been granted bail eh? If you're too illogical, and can't analyze the situation well enough to do a little bit of critical thinking, well let's hope the jury is able to.

1. He shouldn't have parked there, he was not just simply dropping off his friend and leaving, otherwise he wouldn't of been chit-chatting with his friend outside of his own truck fully parked. Does this mean it was justified and you can shoot people over this? Obviously not, but it's a factor nonetheless that this was a scenario in which he was fully in the wrong.
2. He was warned several times PRIOR to this about this same EXACT scenario, if you've been warned several times about a disrespectful and rude action, why would you repeatedly do it?
3. When confronted AGAIN, instead of complying or apologizing and than complying, he verbaly threatened the opposition party with violence, THAN he makes it physically known by walking towards him in a non-friendly manner. In which case he is bigger, more than likely way stronger, and faster than the opposition and is trying to use his machoism to his advantage.
4. The opposition shot ONE time, once the threat had backed off and was no longer a major threat he immediately ceased fire which can be hard to do when you're in this type of situation and have adrenalin flowing through your body nonstop.
5. Yes you're right his family does need him, it's too bad he didn't consider his family before being a rude jackass who threatens others with violence even when completely in the wrong. This is why I mentioned, previously that it's pathetic to have a family, and be of his age and still act like this, the IFBB is fully aware of his actions and isn't' some mentally challenged teenager.
6. What would a large majority of the population expect if someone threatened you with violence, and then is approaching you in a fit of rage, "oh hey, he's obviously going to come in and give me a big hug and we can have a pillow fight later on". It's obvious violence was about to ensue, or there was a extremely large chance that it would've and all it takes is one good punch and the opposition party is dead, which is why I mentioned that in my prior post. This was NOT some unfit, dwarf-sized, teenager or female, this was a fully grown, larger than an average man making violent threats and approaching someone.

The opposition party had ZERO priors on his record as well, so we're not talking about someone who uses his gun any chance he gets or has a history of violence. I think it's pretty obvious to assume that this wasn't the first time this juicehead acted like a tough guy though and tried to use his size to intimidate others.

You be disrespectful and rude towards someone and completely take a wrong action, you then threaten the other person with violence like this IFBB PRO did, and then you actually act towards that, and approach someone in a threatening manner after you JUST threatened them with violence, while also being bigger, and than you act SURPRISED that you get shot in a state KNOWN for having a major identity with firearms. Hmmm I wonder what could possibly go wrong?

Sorry to break it to you, but you can't just go around threatening people and getting in their personal space and expect them to bow down to you and kiss ass, no matter if you're in the right or the wrong, this is why the tough guy act is childish and will get you killed.

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes..... SURPRISE.

Your forgetting the dude with the gun had intent to use it. He walked out in his robe with the safety off. If there had been prior conflicts then he can call property management or something. Odds are these two have had issues before which even More so shows intent to cause bodily injury with a weapon. Had this guy not had intent he wouldn't have yelled for the guy he just shot to move his car. Anyone reasonable would have been like oh fuck what I have I done or they wouldn't have brought a gun outside or they would have called property management instead of looking for a conflict

Most state laws are written as such that to justify a shooting the average every day person would need to think his life was in danger or he could come to great bodily harm to raise the stakes to a point to shoot an other person. I personally don't see it from the video. There was no physical confrontation. If a person was able to shot another because the other person was bigger and yelled at them we would have a lot more dead bodies on the street.

Type stupid things, people will think youre stupid.

and you dont have to respond again with more drivel. I really dont want to see an asshole opine anymore about a topic that he is irrational and illogical about: so I am not going to open this thread again, just to see you try and defend your nonsense again, and every other post being written, disagreeing with you.

Its what’s wrong with people today, nobody fights anymore, everyone has a gun, scared to death and you sound like you fit right in. Dude would get broke in half in a actual fight.
I know Shane, i haven’t seen or talked to him since he moved to Texas but he absolutely never acted like a tough guy in the past, more of a pretty boy, always smiling, a good dude. The fact that you called him a “juice head” made me laugh. You’re on a forum that’s mainly for steroid sources and information about steroids. You should get banned just for that ignorant post
