I did des pre, lr3 post , and lr3 on off days. It is imposdible to get fat like this

Osiris could you elaborate a bit please . So you run DES bi lat Pre work out Ir3 post workout was that bilat in to the muscle trained ? And how did you run it on non workout days .

I took about 200mcg of des at the time pre-workout. I would then take the lr3 at 50mcg per side post workout for a total of 100mcg in the muscle trained. I only workout 3 days a week, and on non training days, i would take 100mg of lr3 split bilaterally into the muscles worked the day before.

No sir, have not used mgf yet. I am looking to give it a try in the very near future and since Ergopep is sponsoring me, i will now get the opportunity to do just that!!!=-)

ok so lets say youre training bis on a monday. youd take DES pre workout IM in bis, Then lr3 post workout IM in bis again, then the next morning IM in bis again if its a non workout day?

No. MGF is taken PWO bliaterally in the muscle trained between 200-500mcg.

I wouldn't. You want to take the MGF immediately PWO and delay the IGF-1 LR3 for at least 1-2 hours after the MGF depending upon the rest of your PWO plan.
