I'm a bit confused?! Most people seem to agree that the best protocol for lr3 igf-1 is to inject up to 40mcg post workout to activate the stimulated receptors in the muscle worked and avoid overspill causing growth in the gut and extremities. But at the same time most people seem to use 3 x week stating that more will possibly cause attenuation of the receptors. Well if as most people do you're training your individual bodyparts only once per week and the injections are site specific then surely you're only activating those receptors once per week anyway?
My question is this- Can i inject 40mcg bi-laterally every day (7 x week) post workout and stay safe from growing my gut etc. Also how long do most people seem to experience gains for? I have 2mg ready to go and was hoping to do the full seven weeks this course would allow me to give my body a break from roids
