According to Quad smack's comments on another thread, it seems I might have ran my IGF-1 at the best possible time. My experiment was using it post cycle to help retain gains and hopefully induce some hyperplasia(sp?) Anyway, I used it preworkout and did 60 mcgs bilaterally 20-30 mins after 50 grams of Dextrose, 50 grms whey and 5 grms creatine monohydrate. I drank a energy drink with another 39 grams of simple carbs during the first 30 mins of lifting, did 50 grms of whey and dextrose pwo. My shoulder presses actually went up because the IGF helped heal a shoulder injury and I gained some mass in my delts even tho I was in pct. Just started a cycle so we'll see if there anything to this when get more hypertrophy.
