I've read quite a bit of conflicting information about when to do IGF-1 and slin.
I've seen recommendations to do IGF-1 in two doses, one in the morning and one at night.
Another says to do both IGF-1 and slin immediately after workout.
Another says to do slin immediately after workout, then IGF-1 an hour after that.
Does anyone have any recommendations on this?
