couldn't one take Colostrum for their IGF needs? does it have to be injectable or is that only for spot repairs? I injected all around my torn bicep after the surgery and I am sure it helped, as so the doc. but I wonder if taking colostrum would have a similar effect? I ask becuase I heard the injectable type is not entirely systemic.
