Igf des / igf lr3 / ghrp-2 protocol

Hey guys i would like to add low dose of igf lr3 and igf des to ghrp/cjc cycle and i would like to get some help with timing..

6:30-100mcg ghrp/cjc
30mins later breakfast

PreWO- 100mcg igf des with whey/waxy maize
Post workout -100mcg ghrp/cjc
( how long should i wait till take IGF after ghrp/cjc?? 20-30mins with PW shake?

Or shouls i take igr lr3 hr and half after OPW with a meal??

Pre bed- 100mcg ghrp/cjc
