IGF/WaxiMaize & R-ALA or?

I'm dosing my experiment immed PWO with 15mcg of Receptor Grade IGF-LR3 bilaterally for a total of 30mcg. As soon as the pinning is done IM, subject drinks 50g of WaxiMaize, 200mg R-ALA & 1mg d-Biotin followed 15 min later with 45g whey protein.
My question is if you think results would be better with Banaba Leaf extract 250mg 12:1 extract with 1.5% Corosolic Acid @ 3.75mg or the R-ALA/d-Biotin combo? I have read Banaba Leaf has a potent hypoglycemic / anti-diabetic effect. I think both are insulin memetics (sp?) and increase insulin sensitivity. I want to take full advantage of the PWO nutrient repartitioning effect.
Any thoughts or opinions?

i would just do 500mg. of metformin(glucophage) with 100gr. of carbs at least.
 
I'm about 2 1/2 weeks out from a competition & 100g carbs would be about half my carbs for the day. I do 4 low glycemic index carb / protein meals (1 to 1 carb-protein ratio, GI = 50 or lower) by 3pm then 6pm is protein / veggies & 5g high DHA fish oil, 9pm is 40g whey/casein protein & 5g fish oil again.
When this is all over & I'm bulking on the rebound - I'll be doing 100g & more. With the amount of carbs I'm eating right now, I think 500mg metformin would send me to hypoglycemia-hell.
