I am ready to start my IGF , I haven't used IGF in 10 years , I want to start next week, now my I am going to start with 40 mcgs post workout. My question is , Do I use it on my off days or only on workout days? and also How many gms of carbohydrates do you guys recommend I ingest with IGF?
