I've never taken peg so I can't say anything about that. However, I was taking lr3igf for awhile cycling 4 weeks on/off, 5 days on/2 days off. I would use 40mcgs post workout and 40mcgs later on in the evening. Pumps were good and it also helps shuttle nutrients to the muscles, kind of like slin does. Would I ever use lr3igf again? The answer is no. IMO, if you can afford hgh, then that would be money better spent.
