Im a newbie and want to get big

Last cycle I did was 200mg prop mixed with 200mg ec (2ml-1ml) Cause of the painfull prop if ya guys know what I mean. Anyways I would work out 3 times a week if I was lucky. I also had a job that was phsically demanding, pipe fitter. I also did not eat much but i did do a huge proten shake mixed with peanut butter. I got very lean and actually had abs. I wasnt very big but looked like a swimmer. I stoped when I ran out and waent able to get post cycle stuff. I was at 210 and solid muscle and hard. I gained 30 pounds. Now I'm looking to get back into it again. I stopped working out and I weigh 220 all fat. Im 27 any one have any advice as far as cycle and diet. Also work out times, I am unemployed so I got lots of time. I want to get big, large muscles but with no gut. Im thinking Test prop every other day and eq three times a week with winstrol?
 
I got that you are 27 years old and want to lose some fat and gain muscle. To be very honest, we will need to get a little more information about you in order to give you a productive answer.

Years Training
Previous Cycle info
Most importantly:
A sample day of your diet including amounts
Your training program with splits & number of sets per body part

Then you need to propose a cycle (including amounts) for us to critique. It is against board rules for us to set up a cycle for you. I for one, will not get banned for that.

If you take the time and put the effort into your answers - we will do likewise. Looking forward to helping you out.

You have really answered your own question in your post when you gave us all of the reasons things did not work out for you last time. Make sure you have all of your shit before you start, including PCT and FOOD. You keep focusing on the drugs, when your diet is not dialed and you cannot be consistent in the gym because of work(this is just an excuse by the way).

Just running a cycle you will gain some wieght, but you have not trained your body to be that weight and you will lose most if not all you gain.

Now that you have time off work on your diet. Go lift three or four days a week and add a day or two of cardio, keep a log. Get a full night sleep every day. If all of that is on point you will have solid gains and you will keep them.
 
Newbie wanting to get big

I am 6'2'' and not sure of my body fat percentage. I can tell you that I have a bigger gut than I ever have and also man boobs. I can't believe how fat I got. I don't really have any other fat except on my torso.
You guys are gonna laugh or tell me I'm not ready after you read the next line. I dont work out at all. I did work out everyother day when I was 22 and got about the same pycique ar I did on my last cycle.

first thing you need to do is actually train consistantly for at least 6 months with a good diet and figure out what you got under the extra fat. read Big A's beginner thread in the articles forum...its stickied up at the top. start reading that then ask questions about diet and training. not steroids. and well help you get in shape.

There is not really much room for anybody to advise you at all. Badapple's comment is dead on. No disrespect because I am pretty much in the same boat.

Right now I am just reading and learning as much as possible and getting all my ducks in a row before I decide to do anything.

Check your diet (this is my biggest thing). Get in a routine, allowing time for work, family, workout, etc (whatever you have to work with). Then, after everything is in place then think about a cycle (if you have to). Otherwise you should be able to see great results just by getting the first two points in check.

Watch my diet and go to the gym and figure out how much weight I can lift. Ten reps and three sets is good right? Bring a notebook too and write down my progress. THEN I CAN GIVE MYSELF A BOOST!!!! correct? What you guys think about just running small amount of sustanon?

How bout running............on the tread mill.
Everyone has given you solid advice. Running anabolics is not going to shrink your man boobs. A good diet and exercise will however.
 
Man boobs

Hhahahahaha that was kinda funny. Its true my man boobs would go away if I ran a bit. In the last three months everytime I see someone I haven't seen in a few months or whatever say wow your getting fat. That was going on for a while but the new one is hey nice tities. I cant belive it. I never had tities. Could it be from not taking pct after heavt test prop, enthae and eq cycle? Freakin A im out of shape, I get a little winded just typing.
 
Its been said before so I'll say it again DIET is key in this game I never thought that was the case but behold alittle advice from a buddy and once I got my diet in check I started to grow and lose a ton of fat ,I'm not saying I'm a personal trainer but its all about diet and a sold workout plan if you put in the time reading about diets and workouts it will pay off in the long run, its taken me a few years to find the answers and I may not know them all but every day I lean alittle bit more about my diet, and what my body likes and what it hates !!! the same w/ the workout there is a ton of info here on DC,fst-7 and HIT look them up and read then reread Damn I sound like an old fart but this is the same advice I got years ago and it just not has sunk in:D
 
It is possible that it could be from the lack of PCT, but at the same time inactivity/bad diet will allow that to happen. Please don't worry about gear at this point. Get back in the gym and get a routine going.

Some people count reps and some just go until it 'feels right'. To each their own I guess. Personally, I think that a notebook helps ten fold. It is a constant visual reminder of where you were and where you want to go.
