Ive really gotten after it last month and tightened up some diet issues to see some great results and increase in strengths
I am 54 i try to lift 5-6 days a week. I have some lagging areas as well as want to get big.
I dont know the costs incorporating a trainer so need some guidelines and prices and expectations.
