im serious. i need a trainer

Ive really gotten after it last month and tightened up some diet issues to see some great results and increase in strengths
I am 54 i try to lift 5-6 days a week. I have some lagging areas as well as want to get big.
I dont know the costs incorporating a trainer so need some guidelines and prices and expectations.

I really enjoyed Shelby, he taught me a lot about training and nutrition a few years back. I have only tried Shelby but there is alot of great feedback about a few other trainers on this forum but I don't have personal experience with them.

That sounded like a 'wise guy'? I didn't get that from reading that. It sounded like him steering him toward learning more about these guys than just reading a name given to him.

Its something that pisses me off too.There's a few guys guilty of being like that and rude with it. BIO isn't one of them. Just pointing the op towards the banners. I think you've read more into his comment than there is.
