Hi, i'm Tony i am 5.7 and i weigh 179 i don't look too weird or out of shape but this is not how i wish to look anymore. I have access to a really nice gym and i want to start using it more than i do. I will start doing 2 body parts per day on a M/T--Th/F schedule. More than likely i will do moderate weight but alot of reps (12-15) i need to trim the fat so i can see what i'm working with and how big i want to get. I would be happy if i could get my 179 to look better :D i want my ending weight to be in the 160's.

i'm thinking of buying

LIPO 6
optimum 100% whey
Tribex gold
NO Xplode

so my ? is do all of these work with each other and are there any that aren't needed to achieve my goal. Also does it mater if i do my cardio before or after work out?

The Optimum is a very LOW grade protein!

Do cardio "after" weights if not on a separate/off day, first thing in AM and do HIIT. I'd stick in the 5-8 range for most exercises and use HIT.
 
I agree with Xcell about your am cardio. Give a try to synthepure, is the best on the market I can assure you. No other protein powder will give you so much protein per gram(96%)
