I decided to take the advice of most vets, "You have to eat big in order to grow big".
Truth be told, in 3 months my waistline grew 2 inches (5000-6000 cal/day). Weight gain shakes really work but this hideous layer of subcutaneous fat just grosses me out. (diet is 15% good fat, 40% complex carbs, 45% animal protein/whey protein)
My next cycle will probably be a major cut cycle. I want to bring back the washboard that I worked so hard to get. I want to grow but my waistline is growing the most!
How many of you also experience the same results on a bulk cycle (test e only) with 5000 calories/day diet?
