In lay man terms, how your u distinguist the effect of the two in terms of body recomp?

i.e Fat loss, vascularity, fullness, pumps, etc.

Des pre there is definitely more fullness during workout and post, Lr3 is definitely aiding in the fat loss but so is the hex, ghrp2 Ipa and Mod....u want to quantify everything, just use what is at your disposal and make things happen Ronnie, everyone responds differently...

Probably might give DES a try since i read its 5x stronger than Lr3.
 
DES pumps are something else.

When it comes to bang for buck though on leaning up R3 seems to be king. It works like nothing else to put the nutrients in the right place for me. I have not researched insulin though.

AAS, HGH, and insulin would probably be THE magic combination.

The minimun dosage for DES or LR3 is 50 mcg to see apreciable results, but 80/100mcg is better, I don't know how much better :)
